I have been in the fitness industry for over 12 years, and I absolutely love what I do. My philosophy is simple: to cultivate self-worth in every individual I train through health and fitness. Witnessing people transform their lives through movement and exercise is the most rewarding part of my work.
When you work out with me, you can expect an energetic and fun environment! I love incorporating hip-hop music—fast, slow, or even a little ratchet—to keep things lively and engaging. My sessions are all about movement, joy, and empowerment.
On my bucket list? Touring as a dancer for Bell Biv DeVoe! Dance is my first love, and it would be a dream come true to share the stage with them. As for my favorite travel destination, it has to be New York City. As a dancer, actress, and singer, I was captivated by the energy, lights, and creativity of the city.
