I’m Iris London, the proud founder of ITL Fitness, and I’m excited to share highlights from our unforgettable fitness event at Millennium Park.

This event was an incredible experience, filled with energy, motivation, and a true sense of community. As a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor with over five years of experience, I was overjoyed to see so many people come together, embrace their fitness journeys, and support one another in such an uplifting atmosphere.

At ITL Fitness, we are committed to making fitness fun, accessible, and empowering. Throughout the event, participants engaged in boot camp sessions, Zumba classes, and personalized training exercises while receiving guidance and mentorship. Our goal was to create a space where fitness felt less like a chore and more like a celebration of movement and well-being.

The enthusiasm was contagious! Witnessing everyone sweat, laugh, and push themselves to new limits reinforced my passion for what I do. ITL Fitness has always been about more than just exercise—it’s about building relationships, inspiring confidence, and making sure that no one feels alone on their fitness journey.

The highlight? The joy and excitement on every participant’s face as they moved, danced, and cheered each other on. Moments like these remind me why I love my work and why ITL Fitness exists—to bring people together through health, happiness, and movement.
