Remote Group Training

I’m so proud of you for taking this important step on your wellness journey. The most important thing I want you to know is, I am here to help you!

Remote Group Training Info:

Sessions are available on Tuesdays thru Friday for groups of 2-6 people and run 30-minutes in duration. Session slots do fill up quickly and while I do my best to accommodate everyone I can not guarantee your preferred time slot will be available. Sessions are not reserved until payment for the session has been completed.

 

All sessions are held remotely via the free ZOOM app, the leader in video conferencing. Before our first session you will need to have downloaded and installed the Zoom app on your device, most Android and Apple iOS devices are supported. If you are using a laptop you can access the Zoom session via the web browser or app. Also, a reliable internet connection is necessary for remote personal training sessions. A list of Zoom help links are provided below.

 

Please Note: You will have a 10 minute “grace period” from the start of your scheduled session time to log into the Zoom group training session. If the allotted 10 minute grace period is exceeded, the session will automatically cancel and will be counted as a full session against your session package.

Pricing: Groups of 2 or 3, $15 per person/session | Groups of 4 to 6, $10 per person/session

ITL Fit™ Remote Group Training sessions are sold in packages of 2-, 4-, or 8-sessions. These packaged sessions are designed to help you stay committed to your health & wellness journey.
Note: Purchased sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All sessions are pre-pay, payment must be made prior to scheduled day/time to confirm your reserved session time.

Equipment

The following equipment is helpful to have but is not required. Resistance and weight depends upon your personal level of fitness.

  • Mat

  • Jump Rope

  • Resistance Bands (3 levels of resistance)

  • Dumbbells (pair): 5-, 8-, 10-lbs
